Kim probably felt pressured (from potential customers) so he proceeded in "rushed fashion" and failed to produce on a quality-consistent basis; that's the long and the short of it.

Wonder how much that "hiccup" cost the OTHER SHAREHOLDERS OF RECORD because Kim will be receiving all his monies; plus interest.
