Ultimately it will be up to the company to prove themselves and to show that they are indeed on their way toward solid growth. I don't know why there haven't been a lot of recognized activity during the days you've gone to the plant however as sales increase there will be more activity.

All it seems you are looking for is accountability and that is never a bad thing.
