Huggo, I have called everywhere and no one will take it until it either starts trading around .01 or .02 (has some financials supporting it and not just a shell company) and/or the skull and cross bones is removed and they become "current".

I have spent two months tracking that down. Not a single one will take a unrestricted shares certificate until those things happen
