Oh really? 100s if not 1000s of penny stock companies have done the same thing

Strung people along, lied, no revenues, diluted....and have stated they are pioneers with a unique product that never bears fruit

Almost forgot, shell companies in other companies.

I could have done better....throw shares at people to do your work and make it look like you’re some kind of great mind and visionary
