This is unfortunate news Dutch. I'm sorry to learn that your shares have been taken from you. Hard to understand how, but unfortunate nonetheless. Do realize that the Plaintiffs will not allow this company to go dark. They may report poor results on the heels of COVID, but they will not allow the company to fail to report. That would be the worst case scenario for their investments, a total loss. That will not happen. Control has been handed off via the settlement, but results will not be immediate. Within the next few weeks there will be filings, board appointments, new CEO, auditor, etc. Smart guys don't fight to the finish in court, spend money to do so, buy more shares....and not follow through. Basic investing. For the 10th time, the Plaintiffs had many opportunities to cut their losses if they believed there was no value here. They chose, instead, to follow through with the settlement, and will now move to implement the court approved plan, in due time. I only hope you are able to participate when it pays off, as they/I believe it will.
