The judge can't legally move the case from a Chapter 11 to a Chapter 7 unless the company is committing some sort of fraud.

He threatened them so they can get this moving so he can clear up his schedule and stop wasting time for a case that was completed 5 weeks ago or so.

Lawyers and company are dragging their feet and the judge didn't want to waste anymore of his time.

We will know more with the hearing Monday IMO on the status of the POR.
