Things were looking good but that first vote down was very telling to me. Was time to wake up and smell the roses. None of the other stuff changed and Jonathan's ear to the ground was just fine put it hinged on getting the authorized shares up. That went South and I went with it. There are other fish in the sea and I'm putting the money to good work. Already half way back. Good luck!
