Seems to me if there were 2 payments separated by time there would have to be note of that... as it would be 2 transactions...

But I am no SEC expert for sure!

Sometimes when I buy a million shares, it's broken down into 2 or 3 transactions, doesn't mean any thing happened in between those transactions...

I do not see anything odd. I think that if there were other details, they'd have to be noted.
