So according to that that SG13 just filed. It states that on 10/21 Tri Bridge own’s 5.6% of stock of BBRW. I did some quick math and the shares they own, 105,263,158 is 5.6% of 1,874,269,389 as of 10/21/20. So that would mean that BBRW has either stopped dilution, or if dilution is still occurring due to note conversions. They are buying back those shares to keep the OS the same.
