Heres something to think about - maybe a light will go on

Why do think the lender issued TWO notes totalling $400k, instead of ONE? Hmmm

The next question should be did PCT receive the $400k all at the same time?

If not, which I bet you they didnt, why not?

How about "something" had to take place in between those 2 notes before the second amount was funded
