I agree also.. It is what is in writing and it is what will be voted on. Sad to say..Those guys wrote up a plan that pays themselves well and the Judge will approve it. There is no Blackrock, Walmart or Amazon hiding in the bushes... No Bill Gates, Warren Buffet or Elon Musk. It's the lenders group..A bank robbery note and a court room as the getaway car. You guys get to watch it unfold... This is really sad to see...Ask me if I will ever shop at JCP again... The answer is no..Never again...You don't do that to hard working american people. Those 70k workers they talk about saving are just pawns on the board... They really careless...Look how they will stiff the retirees... You think they care?
