yes but the warrants now are at a premium, thye use to trade at a discount. Now the would make the exercise price $12.61 when adding in the premium. Also there is a risk of getting called so habing to exercise as the SP is over $18 and most likelike will be with the new company. On the otehr hand
if the SP drops as it did with HYLN there will be a beter entry point.
