I wonder if Joey Allegra Jr. (Chairman of the Board of Directors) and the rest of the BOD members are happy with the private settlement they signed in the Maas case? It is just a little strange that after 3 years it settled and no trial.

It is also odd to me that there was no action taken by the BOD when they found out the Greg Rotman was using Vystar money to pay his personal legal fees (per Gregs sworn deposition on Pacer)and that Daddy Rotman let him do that and that the "Controller" for Vystar at the time Jamie Rotman sent/allowed the payment(s). Maybe she didn't know about it?
