According to the Nevada SOS the AS is being reduced 250 million shares down to 150 million. This certainly suggests that dilution is not a factor in this play.

Hopefully we will see this change reflected on OTCMarkets in the next day or two.

If this is all true we just may see a 10 bagger+ payout from current PPS.

We all love them 10 baggers... It sure fixes other investing mistakes.
