This post is inaccurate and I wanted to correct it. Frehiwet Asefaw, CPA did not prepare the said financial statements and did not authorize or give permission for her name to be associated as the preparer in this OTC filing for China Infrastructure Construction Corp.(CHNC). She only provided accounting consulting services for a short period for this company. No opinion was provided with regarded to their preparation in accordance with US GAAP by Frehiwet Asefaw, CPA. Further, she was not the preparer of these financial statements. These financial statements were under the control of their attorney and company and were filed by the Company's attorney. Frehiwet Asefaw, CPA resigned on August 31, 2020 prior to the date of this posting.
