I am trying to find out that exact answer. Don't think the judge has the actual power to move a case from chapter 11 to 7 just because they are taking too long. As you mentioned he can reject the POR but don't think he will do that as it seems he wants this completed faster than anyone to get it off his schedule.

Even if we don't get a pacer update on Friday we will know a lot during the hearing on Monday.

Very possible judge signed off on POR already. My guess is we see the pacer update on Monday or Tuesday.
