NOT "IF" folks- just WHEN now !!

This scam-a-thon "company" operating out of a residential HOUSE and freaking nudy bars is a BURP of the NEXT "toxic debt cycle" away from hitting the dreaded TRIPS - yes sir ree bob !

THEN - ANOTHER REVERSE SPLIT and a wash and a rinse and a repeat as long as the cons who run this OTC POS scam can keep the paychecks (oops, "consulting fees") free flowing back to the 100% PRIVATE HELD "parent corp".

AND THAT folks - is the Reader's Digest version of ALL ONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT CELZ-a-CON :)
