This reverse merger brings successful, revenue generating companies into the shell versus a start-up without any guarantee of anything. The company quietly (no pom-poms or promos) files a SUPER 8k - not just the everyday run of the mill 8-k kind of filing but, instead of going the educated route of being able to defend this position, the word "scam" is thrown away like used toiletpaper.

Reminds me of the guy in the commercial who says to his 'friends', "let's hide behind the chainsaws" - USELESS.
