I agree. The scary thing....the numbers for their Q1 will probably prop things up, but education sector is very cyclical. Most sales happen on GAXY Q4 and Q1. You see the same in other education companies unless there is anomaly for a year. Hope that people don’t get caught in that hype of a bunch of new sales now. There is a reason education is cyclical, once a plan is made for teachers, no one likes to change the plan. Yes this year is different with COVID, but remember that most money for education also comes at the local level, not federal. Most federal dollars go to the largest districts. If states are locked down or have been suffering from Income tax loss, sales tax loss (really big in the southeast) or property tax valuation dips, it will affect budgets for education. It also affects dollars if students aren’t present as dollars are calculated on a per pupil basis.
