Seems real strange to say a SCAM when this was in the S8k a few days ago:

“After the reverse split, the total number of issued and outstanding common shares are 288,352,964 shares of which 281,989,144 are restricted shares and 6,363,820 are unrestricted shares”

So, the unrestricted OS is 6.3M, what do you think the float is?

And if 98% of shares are restricted, how would a scam here work?
