CORRECTION:

So, if Nasdaq is $3.00 minimal listing requirements -- and this all assumes, of course, that we actually get approved by Nasdaq for listing -- then I will personally never buy HLIX below .30

I meant, I will personally ONLY buy HLIX below .30.
