HYSR does NOT have a "pretty good system"! HYSR does NOT have a "mend-able system!" HYSR does NOT have a "hard working bunch of Scientists and Technicians", in fact they have NONE! HYSR has ONE employee and that is Tim Young (CEO/CFO/... and everything else) and he is a businessman, with no science background! People are NOT resigning the company because there are no people there to resign! It is for you to do your own due diligence! If you have anything "ACTUAL" to report from the company, you should do so. Your opinion of what you think they are doing should be noted as such and so far, is completely wrong and completely fabricated out of fantasy. There are NO scientific papers or results from HYSR because they have none. You should look into the 8k and 10q reports to the SEC for confirmation of any evidence whatsoever that HYSR is doing "what you think or would like to believe they are doing". Hydrogen cannot be produced from a 1% efficient machine for 5 hours per day and the proof is below (again).

The proof, which I have given you before, is repeated below. It has been posted here many times. I will not repeat it again to you as you have not read and understood it previously.

The Solar Irradiance across the U.S. is 3.5 to 5.5 kWh/sqm/day.
That is the amount of solar insolation (i.e. sunshine or solar energy) on a square meter on Earth that a solar panel can use each day. (And that ignores prolonged weather systems with clouds blocking). Those data have been monitored for many years and thus are repeated.

The average insolation is ~4.5, so let's use 5.0 kWh/sqm/day to be generous.

There are 3600 kJ/kWh (i.e kiloJoules per kiloWatthour) so changing units to kJ:
5.0 kWh/sqm/day X 3600 kJ/kWh = 18,000 kJ/sqm/day

Thus the solar insolation from the map we use is 5 kWh/sqm/day or equivalently 18,000 kJ/sqm/day.

HYSR uses thin film solar panels which are the least efficient published as 10% to 15% but solar panel companies report them as ~10%. So, being generous, let's use 11 to 12%!

So if we have 18,000 kJ/sqm/day incident on a solar panel that can only use ~11 to1 2%, we then only have
18,000 X .11 = 1980 or 18,000 X .12 = 2160 so ~2000 kJ/sqm/day of usable energy. But that energy is ONLY to convert solar energy to electrical energy NOT H2!

HYSR sprays a catalyst (and other things) onto the surface of the solar panel's thin film. That catalyst is not very efficient and will be less than 10%. It will also wear out, i.e be consumed, suffer degradation, etc. rapidly.

So now we have only some small percentage of the ~2000 kJ/sqm/day to actually use to break the water's bonds and free Hydrogen. (i.e. 10% of 2000 = ~200 kJ/sqm/day)

(It really is only in the low hundreds of kJ/sqm/day) BUT, let's be generous and say it is 50% efficient (and it is NOT) so we will use 2000 X.50 = 1000 kJ/sqm/day to actually break the Hydrogen bonds and free it.

The Hydrogen bonds require over 500 kJ/mol (i.e kJ mol-1) to free H2 as a bubble, otherwise it just re-bonds. (The hydrogen bond in water has been around for over 4.5 billion years and is certainly time tested.)

Therefore, with overwhelming generosity, the HYSR system can produce ~1000 kJ/sqm/day /500 kJ/mol = ~2 mol/sqm per day! That is, it HYSR ONE SQUARE METER (i.e a panel 1 meter by 1 meter) unit can ONLY produce on the order of a mole of Hydrogen per day and that is at standard temperature and pressure (useful Hydrogen has to be highly pressurized). 1-2 moles of Hydrogen gas is less than a fart!

Thus, the HYSR Gen1 and Gen2 are contrived stories that have no possibility of being real. That is why they have not reported any results for ~10 years - they can't!
