It looks to be on each side, not one sided.

Why? Like I said, imo it’s merely more OTC games like manipulative ‘911’ trades, i.e., traders playing games to fool newbies into making trading decisions based on subjective nonsense.

The CACH volume is so minimal, I don’t believe it has any other purpose. If I traded this stock (which I don’t and wouldn’t), I’d be much more interested in the fact CACH has been severely delinquent with financials for years, and also that they’ve not made public info available and current for the same time frame. That information is now required.

It’s possible no one is running CACH.
