The CTO applies to all Canada because of reciprocal enforcement. Canadians cannot buy or sell, and most shareholders are Canadians. Also, the company said it is lifting the CTO, which seems to be part of the VIP deal. The directors and company could be sued if the directors don't act in the best interests of shareholders.
