I think $13.5 Canadian (low $10s US) is a good prediction, but I think it could get a tad lower to about $13 Canadian (High $9s US). I bought a few just above $11 US, and I will buy at lower levels if it keeps dropping. My strategy of gradually buying back the shares I sold in the $12s and $16d (average above $14) seems to be working well so far. I will also keep plenty of free cash to buy if it tanks to the $8s or below, as it has done in the past and/or with the elections looming.
