Don't post much here or Ihub in general any more. But been in this thing for more time than I can recall.

Sent email to company about two weeks ago. Finally yesterday a reply. Very short but to the point.

"Thank you for your inquiry. All I can say is there are things developing behind the scenes"

maybe this is what is making the ticker move and the increase in volume last week or so.
