The major catalyst right now is the ABA acquisition. What happened yesterday was unfortunate but I don’t think they meant it to be intentionally misleading. They were tweeting industry related news. People thought it was a direct connection to a Disney deal. The company corrected that assumption.
What is clear is that we are in the process of closing a deal to acquire one of the largest sports leagues in the world. It seems that Valiant Eagle plans to increase their reach, build and monetize new venue and arenas for each of the 175 plus teams and use their Entertainment/TV industry connections to enhance the league’s exposure. The verdict is still out if they will be successful but at the current pps and SS this can certainly be looked at as a viable opportunity with future catalysts.
