Wonder what is happening in the background?? While not impossible, find it hard to believe a drug company would buy all of OPK..... BRLI is frankly not very synergistic with drug companies IMO..... and I have had this opinion since OPK bought them!!! Remember, up till now it has been a drain on OPK.... and even with OPK there. Is conflict..... CLAROS would eliminate some of the lab. Testing required, thus would be competitive with BRLI...... I often wonder, if that is on of the reasons CLAROS Never was fully developed for many tests?? By the way CLAROS was one of the TOP reasons I originally bought in! OK... so thinking BRLI might be basically spun off, instead of bought by anybody??? Find it hard to believe that gov't would allow number one lab to buy number 3 lab!? And the CEO BRLI IMO is more than capable of running it without OPK "guidance"
And now at a high point in BRLI, might get a nice value for it...... and that cash could be a dividend to shareholders... or maybe we get shares in BRLI.... THEN IMO again a nice clean Buyout might be in the wind..... not sure it is the best time NOW to sell out without the results of Rayaldee for COVID, which could add a lot of value to opk..... besides, covid use Rayaldee would be much more known!!!! Then add the final test results of Somatrogan could prove to be EXTREMELY valuable!!!
SO.... until both tests are done.... or there is reasonable certainty of the results.... not sure how a good offer could be made to OPK shareholders!! Opk
