In my experience, most of the time when retailers get close to selling out of their entire position, they also like to dump it like just happened at .24 cause when they are mostly out they dont care as much about hurting the price and some retailers may want to push it lower to prove people wrong.
This is all normal and in the long run is healthy for the stock. stronger, insider hands locking down the retail/profit taker shares. Be happy :)
