VALIANT EAGLE INC. (OTC:PSRU) AND AMERICAN BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION ACCELERATE VENUE PROGRAM
Press Release | 10/21/2020
A month ago, Valiant Eagle, Inc (VE) signed a share option agreement to acquire controlling interest in the American Basketball Association (ABA). A major initiative of the ABA, the largest professional sports league in the US, is to build venues for its 175+ teams. Valiant Eagle has recently finished the first designs for the arenas.

"Sports is, no doubt, a crucial part of today's modern society," stated VE CEO, Xavier Mitchell. He continued, "hence, the demand for luxurious sporting facilities is of utmost importance. Valiant Eagle and the ABA strive to offer fans with an unparalleled sporting experience and we hope to start by building a state-of-the-art Valiant Eagle Arena as part of the ABA's venue building program. The first location is yet to be determined. Our first venue will be composed of two levels. The upper level will be comprised of luxurious premium box seating with several amenities added including giant screens, all-inclusive bathrooms and spacious locker rooms for coaches and players as well as a restaurant and offices and a VIP Club. The lower level will include the floor, stages and additional seating. The Exterior Patio will be open to meet-and-greet activities prior to the shows and sports events. Through a series of design studies, our team will collaborate with the best architects, planners and designers to design the Valiant Eagle Arena. We are very eager to make this project a reality."

VE's new project, as does the ABA's venue initiative, aims to create new jobs in all communities and build in low income and high unemployment areas. The Valiant Eagle Arena will be the deluxe version of traditional ABA venues, that will provide 2500-3000 seats and are intended to host ABA professional basketball, concerts, seminars, and a variety of indoor sports and activities.
