Ilya Shpurov likely owns Kraspharma, via Russian Chemical Engineering Company LLC (RKHI), or InPark, but it looks like ownership percentages have changed over the years, and I have not gone far enough down the rabbit hole yet to know for sure.
He definitely seems to own Slavich, apparently that was a large, famous Russian company from the Soviet era, that had fallen onto hard times, similar to Kodak in the US, was on the verge of BK and he bought it and turned it around. Its vast real estate assets were spun off into another company and became the Pereslavsky Technopark.
At least this is what I'm getting so far from my DD, still looking into it, I certainly wouldn't blindly follow PRs, or the word of stock promoters, especially based on last time with the whole Rafarma(Terbuny) deal, which did not turn out well for investors.
