I am a shareholder of 4Cable TV International, Inc (ticker symbol CATV)


We trade on the OTC Pink sheet market


It seems as if on September 11th, an article (Press Release) was issued by "Brand Voice" and that very same Press Release was re-uploaded to yahoo finance and dated October 20th.

It was also posted on the 4Cable TV International Twitter feed at https://twitter.com/4ctvintl


My question is: Does the CEO of CATV know that this article was written by a 3rd party source or did the CEO grant permission to write this article and issue it as a Press Release on yahoo finance?


There seems to be a great deal of confusion as to who is writing these PR's and if the company is 100% aware that they are written?
