LD micro was an acquisition of a private company into a pubco. The process is A LOT slower when it’s a spin off of a public to another public.

A lot more legal review as I’ll be back pointed out. The announcement of the DA was great and as we have seen there were a lot of announcements right off the bat. Additionally we have seen the terms of the RM being met with every passing PR...so though we are getting closer, don’t expect any overnight results. RMs take a while.
