Well since RXMD pps has been in this range for a month or so, let's look at:

$1,000,000/.04 = what 25 million shares

Stock price runs to $.30
$.30 x 25M shares = $7.5M

Stock price runs to $.40
$.40 x 25M shares = $10M

Hmmm = price of APPS acquisition

Same shares purchased for a cool $1M and reissued @ $.40 to pay for the deal. No dilution there!
