Actually, there was a war to remove him because he used artificial WMDs to scare Iran out of invading Iraq. Unfortunately for him, he was too convincing. It also didn't help that he tried to kill our president's daddy.
It's not our place to decide a world leader is immoral and hang him. If it was, Pol Pot would not have died of old age.

Our president has also waged a very effective war against the Bill of Rights. It's probably too immoral to be allowed to live I guess.
