Share structure is great at this level. So they are alternative reporting. I can confirm that not a single share has been diluted since at least 11/26/2019; probably beyond. Financials are not up to date but they can release information through a website or OTC Markets disclosure.

Millions .0003s were being bought just a month ago. Didn't see any specific catalysts.
