$VRUS - well, every year around this time, Anshu files a Pre-14C for many corporate actions.

He has been doing it for the last 3 years, but never used a RS and they would get cancelled each time.

Yes, the OS has ballooned to 5B shares, but, I have seen stocks run to as high as $0.008 - $0.01 prior to RS -

maybe... just maybe Anshu will pull a rabbit out of his hat, and release news on a merger pending a certain fixed price.

If that fixed price let's say is $4.00 - then we would have to run to $0.008 for it to happen. $5.00 would be at $0.01. $1.00 would be a run to $0.002 (considering that the RS would have a ratio of 500:1)

This is just a hypothetical scenario that could please everyone. and along the way, company can raise funds to pay off remaining notes.

Any thoughts?
