No doubt it has but not sure how gambling trial results has anything to do with a board director buying 100k+ shares of the company now, unless he prefers to have dead money himself or feels the company is currently undervalued for some additional reason. He owns significant stock in 9 companies and this is the first time he's purchased shares in any of them in over 2 years. Not sure I've ever seen insider buying as viewed as anything but a positive. The reality is who knows. Haywood wasn't an insider of course.
