Here are the milestones and my notes
Acquisition of 2-5 companies – completed throughout October and November 2020
* Ten days remain in October for 2 to 5 Acquisitions ,im going take 3 as an average. One (or atleast 1) will have to happen before Halloweeen.If not it will be one each week in November. If his plans hold true.

PCAOB Audits – completed by November 2020
* This is up to the accounting firm ,but it he gave that time line ,I will take his word for it.They have been timely so far.

Uplist to OTCQB – completed by December 2020.
*This is tricky. Does he mean he will file or actually Uplist to QB.Reason being ,he can file but QB uplists takes 4 weeks( more or less) after the fee has been paid after filing. It will show on OTC markets as approved ,but unless the color changes from Pink to Beige with a big QB icon on the site ,its not done. Mind you ,I haven't seen QB status affect the pps ..but who knows how he may work this.

Tier II Reg A offering submitted and qualified – completed during Q1 
*This is next year Q1 action , hopefully revenue starts stacking up where filings will allow pps to meet evaluation.

*The variable is the Crypto currency. No details have been released as to how far along they are with this . Previous PR said 4th quarter. I have a feeling that might be one of the 5 acquisitions..I could be wrong ..we will see.
