The valuation is high even if they get a share of this projects funding through an alternative to the STTR. Some of these other small laser companies mentioned have a lot of DOD contracts but all are privately held and not trying to sell stock based on that contract work. The path to profitability is unclear IMO. Notice AERG is not providing guidance to investors on projected revenue in their filings. A favorite talking point is the size of the market, ie other firms revenue, not their own.
