To match the Same market value with its peer OCLG (1.2B+/7B shares Huge/Giant OS/AS) at this August's high 0.0016, WPUR (246M/500M shares Small OS/AS) will create Another New 52-week high 0.0078 which is nearly Ten Times of its current ridiculous low price 0.0008!
So WPUR is much much much cheaper than OCLG at its peak!
In fact the next two asks are 0.0009 and 0.0015 from Paper Thin asks of Level2!
