Moose,

I'm not knowledgeable with LD Micro sale and how if might compare to FPVD.

Each acquisition is different. Back in the 80s I specialized in selling businesses and from experience know that not all sales are the same. Each business structure has its own set of problems and hurdles.

Additionally, we have a publicly traded company that just went through a several month clean-up of their financial records. Additionally there is likely a review of the sale by SEC/and other legal structures that will take some time.

I also have a background that gives me insight into how the legal world can take FOREVER in wrapping up all the loose ends between the parties. We also don't fully understand the purchase structure of 89% and how the balance is being handled, which can delay the PA.

At this point it is a matter of wrapping up the Ts. I also have a business background that tells me they will want this wrapped up prior to 12/15/20, since it is almost impossible to get the legal ends tied up prior to the holiday season, which will be here before you no it.

We also (at this time) don't know what key parts BigT needs to complete on their end before they ink the PA.

Bottom line; SRAX would not have put out the PR on the purchase, if this was a questionable deal. How do I know this? Take a look at the recent PRs and quality of the management team. They don't impress me as a typical OTC company that goes around hyping a stock.

I've owned and operated a number of companies in my 40-years....I've always done well following my gut. Which is why I was buying when I saw the SEC filing and the company restructuring debt ahead of the SRAX announcement that had been in default.

Am I disappointed in the price drop, yes! But its the world of OTC, which is why I'm loading up in a BIG way. Look at this PP as a blessing, based on what we now know.
