Update 10/20/20

On the petition for GVDI (Golden Valley Development), this particular judge requires a bond naming the courts before an order will be issued. We are working on getting this to submit to her. Anticipating having it submitted by the end of the week.

We talked to our Delaware Attorney Mr. Anderson. He let us know he would be responding to Chancellor Bouchard’s inquiries the first part of this week. He also was checking with his clerk to make sure all hard copies were sent to Vice Chancellor Zurn on the STHC case.

In Florida we now also have BDCM (Broadcast Marketing) and BABL (Buildablock Corp) on file as complaints/petitions to become custodian with the courts.

On AGSO, we have cured the delinquency with the state and are working on wrapping up initial custodian corporate documents. We are moving along in talks with the private company and working with an attorney to find the best way to structure the deal.
