Your correct, There won't be any R/S for $CATV. Jeff the CEO of $CATV doesn't believe in R/S for $CATV. He had to increase the $CATV A/S just to make room for mergers with $CATV.

Down the short road I see PINK CURRENT in $CATV's future, before a R/M with $CATV could go through.

So just like you, I don't see R/S for $CATV happening AT ALL.
