Forget the golf course, just build the casino. For the golf guys you just need an XBox360 with a "Tiger Woods" golf game.

PS: Don't forget the air conditioner either. You can have tha casino put sunlamps over my private BlackJack table so at least I'll look like I've been to Hawaii.
