For now....forget about the PP, until they close this deal, the PP will float at best.
When we start seeing large bids slap the ask, you will know the executed PA will follow shortly behind.
What we need to find is possible clues on the closing date for the PA while we are adding to the position.
The PRs of late with the new management team are all good signs of what we can expect to see from the company going forward.
The quality of the team will reassure the investors of what is to come with the companies business plan, while we add to the "long" position.
To date, the only clue I've found is the date of the renegotiated loan outlined in the last 10K of February 2021. While this is likely a date structured for possible contingencies with the close. It does aid the investor in how they may be anticipating the closing date.
Personally, I believe the closing is set for the end of year. But until the closing happens....the PP will float.
