I grew up in Russia. There are no differences to mend between Russian people and Americans. USA is pictured as an evil there by the ruling class only to raise patriotism among the sheep. And the patriotism makes them ignore the all the shit they live in for the sake of the mother russia. And the ruling class keeps promoting this hate towards the west ( while most of their own kids live abroad) and keeps robbing the nation.
As for doctors, scientists and vaccines there - yes, there is a lot of talent, even though most of it left the country for US, Europe, Asia or Israel. But the Sputnik is a total propaganda. No one is risking to take it. They test it on solders who have no choice, and the results are rigged.
