Ok I see, they list KrasPharma as a 'portfolio company', perhaps via the minority stake they have in that company. However, the PRs would seem to indicate they are acquiring KrasPharma, otherwise they would not need consolidated financials, as it would not be a subsidiary, it would only be an asset.

Have not been following all that closely the last couple years, so I'm trying to get up to speed now that the merger is complete, to see if there is anything interesting to me here.
