News like this makes me nervous with Todd... Now CBDU is a subsidiary of Endexx?, Why? What other operating business did Todd create? Are there additional subsidiaries? Why no PR about this change? What happened to the change of name and symbol. And CBDU provides the funding? From where? Someone on here recently mentioned that they are refinancing the debt via a stock issuance. Not sure if that is true, but are these lenders throwing in more funds? Is he going to back to the well with the private investors again, selling more stock at .02-,03? Those folks have to be getting fatigued!
