Heddle stated it would take at least 6 months to get processor fixed, tested and running. Alleged Steve Price said he was not going to repair the machine until he got a 20 year contract. So Price expects that somewhere out there is a very cash heavy municipality that will agree to a 20 year contract beginning a minimum of 6 months from the day of agreement and advance Price millions of dollars all the while knowing Nulixo has no employees or equipment to do the job. What wasn't in my original figures was the cost for redwaves sorting equipment. They require upfront payment also. 6 million dollars now for work beginning a minimum of 6 months away?
Tell me that doesn't sound like a con job.
